The article describes a development of experimental information environment of a University sub-department, intended for maintenance of various systems and services monitoring as well as for students and teachers information support. The authors consider the questions of "ubiquitous" access organization on the basis of heterogeneous wireless networks, identification, location and positioning of system users.
